Menciptakan Kebiasaan dan Kesadaran


To create positive behavior in certain condition for someone, you may push him/her to do that. But you cannot do “one size fits all”.

Terkadang kita memaksa seseorang agar mereka mau melakukan kebiasaan yang baik. Seperti halnya kalau kamu ingin membangun diri maka memerlukan upaya memaksa diri terlebih dahulu.

Tapi jika kebaikan harus selalu dipaksa, belum tentu akan mampu merubah diri seseorang. Upaya pembiasaan adalah upaya awal untuk membangun kesadaran saja. Kalau sudah sadar, maka memerlukan kegiatan baik yang dilakukan secara sadar misalnya pada membaca dan menulis.

Sementara ini aku sedang menulis tentang pembiasaan diriku agar mau berubah jadi lebih baik. Karena sebagai guru kita harus mendorong siswa agar berubah secara sadar. Namun, bagaimana mungkin kita memaksa orang lain agar terbiasa dan mau berubah tapi tidak dalam kondisi sadar.


Alangkah baiknya kalau kita memulai dari diri sendiri dulu sebagai guru yang memberi contoh daripada meminta siswa untuk berubah sementara gurunya tidak ada upaya berubah. Makanya blog  ini pun merupakan tulisan guru yang nantinya akan merekam segala hal yang dia alami baik sebagai personal diri sendiri, maupun sebagai seorang pendidik di kelas.
