Brochure, Leaflet, Banner and Pamphlet #3

At this meeting, we have an agenda where you have to make one of the media; Brochure, Leaflet, or Banner. to promote a product, service, or event either using printed or digital media. Remember! It should be your own original work.

Today's Goals:

1) Make a concept of advertising product, service, or event

2) Make a design using brochure, leaflet, or banner

Activity #1: Make a Concept

The products that you can promote:

  • Handicraft/ your handmade product
  • Dress
  • Culinary food/drink
  • etc.
The services that you can promote:

  • Typing service
  • Printing service
  • Accounting service
  • Photography, etc.
The events that you can held and promote:

  • Music Concert, Art Exhibition
  • School Events
  • Seminar, Webinar
  • Sport competition, etc.
Direction:
a. Write the concept on your notebook
b. Choose one product/service/event you want to promote
c. Think about: What is the name of your product, service, or event? How much is the price? Where is the location? When is the time you open for service?, and so on.
d.  If you have written the concept, please take a picture, and send it to Google Classroom Task.

Activity #2: Make a Design using Canva Apps
If you have the ability of designing and editing, it will be very useful. But if you don't have it, you may use an instant and online design application. One of the apps is Canva that you can use through smartphones and PC computers. Have you ever used canva?


If you haven't used it yet, here are the steps how to design in the canva without install the apps:
1) Write "Canva" on Google Chrome (or your browser)
2) Click www.canva.com (Kolaborasi & Buat Design)
3) Click Sign up (daftar) or Sign in (masuk), you can use your active email or facebook
4) Now, you can choose one of the design for your design

If you want to use the application on your smartphone:
1) Go to playstore
2) Search for canva by typing "canva"
3) Tap the logo Canva then click install

Please design by using the canva based on the concept on notebook. Then send 2 documents (Notebook picture and Canva design) to Google Classroom.

  3. In my opinion, the difference between application letter in bahasa indonesia and english is
    ● in bahasa indonesia there is the contents of the letter that lists the requirements to fill out by the applicant
    ● in english there are no such attachments but focuses more on personal letters and apply the resume on email and personal contact
